ARTS COUNCIL YPCE BURSARY RESEARCH PROJECT:
I was awarded the Young People, Children’s and Education Bursary in 2021 to explore age guidance in TYA. Mentored by Professor Tom Maguire of Ulster University I interviewed twenty leading practitioners, producers and programmers of TYA on the island of Ireland. The findings of these interviews, and recommendations to emerging practitioners around how to approach age guidance, are found in the below linked report.
